Dr. Holly not only believes wholeheartedly in the fundamental principles of Naturopathic Medicine but also that people deserve and need a safe place to heal and be heard. In her private family practice, Healing From Within Healthcare, her passion lies in developing a relationship with a person and their health through comprehensive natural medical care and individualized support.
She combines her extensive knowledge with the belief that there are no standard “textbook” treatment regimes or protocols. Dr. Holly understands that everyone is different and that health is influenced by a variety of contributing factors, dictating that people deserve individualized and focused care. In a typical first visit, she sits with her patients intently to truly get their “story”, needs and concerns and as well as their present symptoms, family history, past medical history, current medications, diet, lifestyle, and emotional and psychosocial stress.
Initial Visit: This is an extensive and comprehensive visit lasting approximately 60 minutes, which initiates the therapeutic relationship. A complete health history and any necessary physical exams are completed. If there is laboratory testing that might be helpful to rule in or out possible conditions or contributing factors to the case, those will be decided here as well. The patient leaves this visit with a clear plan on the steps needed to take toward their health goals and desires.
**Please bring any medications or supplements that you are taking into the initial visit
**Please download and fill out the Patient Intake (for women there are 2) and Policy and Consent Forms to bring in as well.
Follow up Visit: This is a return visit lasting approximately 30 minutes. This visit allows time to review any laboratory results and assess the initial part of the plan to guide the process to the next steps.
Phone Consultations: For those who are not in the local area, Dr. Holly does consult throughout the country and internationally. She treats these visits just like office visits with the same intent and fee schedule. She requests a short interview to make sure that the long distance relationship will be in the patient’s best interest.
